China has asked for a "special policy" for its labourers to help businesses of the two sides finish ongoing projects in India, a top Chinese official said in Kolkata on Monday.
"I have written to the external affairs ministry suggesting a special visa policy would help finish ongoing Chinese projects in India," said China's consul general in Kolkata Mao Siwei. view complete news..
